Serafino is a successful entrepreneur and businessman.  He has been making Contra Costa County his home since 1973 and currently lives in Danville with his wife Patricia.   Serafino received a B.S. from the University of Illinois in Civil/Structural Engineering.  He is a Registered Civil Engineer and Real Estate Broker.

As a native Italian, Serafino is fluent in the language and has some fantastic stories about growing up in San Ramono, a tiny historic town just outside of Lucca in Northern Italy.  As a child he raised chickens and rabbits, and searched the countryside for Porcini mushrooms and chestnuts.  He also spent hours drawing.
